Tips for Effective Notifications
Clarity: Ensure that the title and description clearly convey the message you intend to send. Avoid ambiguity to prevent confusion.
Timeliness: Schedule notifications in advance for critical milestones and reminders to keep the project on track.
Relevance: Attach images only when they add value to the message, such as illustrating a new procedure or highlighting changes in project plans.
