The Project Dashboard on the Geo-Cx platform provides a comprehensive overview of project-specific data, enabling efficient management and monitoring of various aspects like safety, crew attendance, and financials.

1. Project Selection: Users can select different projects from a dropdown menu to view specific data related to the chosen project.

2. Metrics:

   • Injuries Today: Displays the number of injuries reported on the current day.

   • Incidents Reported Today: Shows the count of reported incidents to monitor project safety daily.

   • Time Off Requests: Lists the number of time-off requests submitted by the crew.

   • Timesheets to Approve: Indicates the number of timesheets awaiting approval.

   • Expenses vs. Budget: Provides a quick view of current expenses against the budgeted amount. Approved timesheets, Time Off approved and Expense requests will affect budget. See how create an expense request here.

   • Audit Fails: Shows the count of failed audits to highlight areas needing attention.

3. Crew Information:

   • Crew Strength: Shows the attendance percentage for different crews, aiding in workforce management.

   • Crew Location: Integrates with Google Maps to display the geographical location of crew members, enhancing the tracking of field personnel. In this section, you will find a counter designed to track the location of a specific team member. Simply select the person from the list to focus on their position on the map. Their location will then be updated every 5 seconds, allowing you to continuously monitor their movements.

   • Safety Rep. Inactions: Lists safety representatives and their inactions or pending tasks, emphasizing focus areas for improving safety measures.

   • Expenses vs. Budget: Visual representation of current spending against planned budget, crucial for financial oversight.

4. Resource and Documentation Management:

   • Project Documentation: Provides a section for accessing project-specific documents like Project Impact, Toolbox Talks, etc.

   • Expense Requests and Audit Reports: Sections for managing expense requests and audit reports, helping maintain financial compliance and transparency.
