Creating an account on our platform is straightforward. Follow these detailed instructions to successfully create your account and start using our services.

Access the Registration Page: From the homepage of the platform, locate and click the "Register" or "Create an account" link/button. This will take you to the registration form.
Fill Out Your Personal Information:
First Name: Enter your first name in the "First Name" field.
Last Name: Enter your last name in the "Last Name" field.
Contact Information:
Phone Number: Enter your phone number. Make sure to select the correct country code before entering your number.
Email Address: Type a valid email address that you will use to manage your account. This will also be used for account verification and communication.
Create a Password:
Password: Enter a strong password in the "Password" field.
Confirm Password: Re-enter your password in the "Confirm Password" field to ensure there are no mistakes.
Company Information:
Company Name: Enter the name of your company.
Company Address: Provide the physical address of your company.
City and State: Select or enter the city and state where your company is located.
Account Admin Name: If different from your name, enter the name of the person who will administer the account.
Upload Company Logo:
Company Logo: Click on the "Select file" button to upload your company logo. Make sure the file meets the specified requirements for size and format. We recommend using the .svg format for your logo, as it will also appear in company reports. You can update the logo format anytime in your profile settings.
Agree to Terms and Conditions:
Check the box next to "I Accept Terms and Privacy Policy" to agree to the platform's terms of use and privacy policy. Ensure you read these documents by clicking on the links provided.
Verification:
Get OTP (One-Time Password): After filling out all required fields, click the "Get OTP" button. You will receive a one-time password via SMS or email, which you need to enter to verify your contact information and proceed.
Complete Registration: After entering the OTP and verifying your information, click the "Submit" or similar button to complete the registration process.
Confirm Registration: Once your account is successfully created, you may receive a confirmation email with details about how to begin using your account.
Missing Information: Ensure all required fields marked with an asterisk (*) are filled out. The form cannot be submitted if any required information is missing.
Password Strength: If your password is not accepted, ensure it meets the platform's requirements for length and complexity.
Email Already in Use: If you receive a message that your email address is already in use, this means you may have already registered. Try logging in instead, or use the "Forgot Password?" link to recover your account.
Upload Errors: If you have trouble uploading the company logo, ensure the file is not too large and is in one of the accepted formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, SVG).
