The Add Manual Time feature allows Construction Managers, Foremen, and Company Admins to manually enter or correct an employee’s time entry for a specific day. This is helpful when an employee forgets to punch in/out, experiences device issues, or requires an adjustment for accurate payroll and reporting.
Select Employee*
Search for and select the employee whose time entry you need to add or correct.
Select Date*
Choose the date for the manual time entry.
Select Project*
Assign the hours to the correct project to ensure accurate cost allocation.
Shift Name
Enter a shift label (e.g., Day Shift, Night Shift).
Start Time / End Time
Set the exact shift start and end times for the selected date.
Regular Hours
Enter the amount of regular working hours to be counted.
Overtime Hours
Add applicable overtime hours if the employee exceeded the regular shift.
Additional Lunch/Break Hour(s)
Use this if the employee took extra break time that needs to be deducted manually.
Deduct Additional Lunch/Break Hours From:

Comment*
Provide a required note explaining why the manual time entry is being created. This ensures transparency for payroll review and audit history.
Save – Confirms the entry and adds it to the employee’s timesheet records.
Cancel – Closes the window without saving any changes.
