The Project Status Report module in Geo-Cx provides a centralized view of key project performance metrics across various operational categories. It allows users to select a project and generate detailed reports with exportable insights. Each tab presents a different aspect of project status, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions quickly.
At the top of the screen, users can:
Select a project from a dropdown list.
Click "View Report" to load the report data.
Click "Export" to download the report in a suitable format.
1. Project Details
Displays general project information:
Customer's Point of Contact
Company name and address
Project duration (start and end dates)
Time zone
List of predefined holidays
Notes special conditions such as geofencing.
2. Project Shift(s)
Shows all configured shift names and their respective:
Start and end times
Working days
Option to consider weekends as overtime (Yes/No)
3. Resources
Presents workforce cost metrics:
Total regular and overtime hours
Budget and current cost
Budget variance (highlighted if overbudget)
A detailed table shows:
Names, roles, hourly rates
Assigned crew
Logged hours (regular and overtime)
4. Crew Strength
Provides insight into each crew's performance:
Number of resources
Crew Strength Rate
Total regular hours worked
Number of absences
Useful to analyze crew efficiency and absentee trends.
5. Safety
Displays high-level safety KPIs:
Total injuries, incidents, passed audits, and failed audits.
Divided into 3 sections:
Incidents – Lists reported safety events with date, submitter, and type.
Audit Summary – Includes audit name, status (passed/failed), and link.
Safety Rep. Inactions – Highlights missed or late safety responsibilities with status tracking.
6. Project Documentation
Split into two subsections:
Expense Requests
Lists all requests with date, requester, approver, amount, status (approved/declined), and quick access link.
Project Documents
Includes onboarding materials, toolbox talks, and training records.
Each entry logs date, title, type, submitter, and link.
