The Summary Report allows users to generate high-level overviews of data across different modules in Geo-Cx. It is ideal for quick performance evaluations, resource allocation reviews, and general project health summaries.
Upon selecting Summary Report, the user is presented with a simple filter interface consisting of the following fields:
Type (Module Selector)
A dropdown list labeled “Select Module” that allows the user to choose which module they wish to generate a summary for. Common modules may include Time Tracking, Tasks, Resources, or Expenses, depending on the account’s permissions and setup.
Start Date
A date picker to define the beginning of the reporting period. Click the calendar icon or the field itself to select a date.
End Date
A date picker to define the end of the reporting period. This determines the final date of data to be included in the summary.
View Report Button
Once the module and date range are selected, the user can click “View Report” to generate and display the summary report.
