This module allows users to manage forms, audits, and injury reports efficiently. It provides an interface to create, submit, and review safety-related documentation for different projects.
a. Forms Section
Create and manage safety forms for specific projects.
Steps to Create a New Form:
Click on "Add New" to create a safety form.
Fill in the following fields:
Form Name: Enter a descriptive name for the form.
Form Type: Select the type of form (e.g., Audit, Incident Report, etc.).
Select Projects: Choose the relevant project(s) or select "All Projects."
Click Next to proceed with further configurations.
b. Audit Section
View and manage submitted audit reports.
Interface Features:
Search Bar: Locate audits by project name.
Filter Options: Sort by submission date, due date, type, and audit status.
Actions: Review and export audit reports.
c. Injury Section
Purpose: Track and manage injury reports.
Interface Features:
Filter by Date: Specify a range to narrow down reports.
View Details: Open specific injury reports to see detailed information.
Export Option: Download records for documentation or review.
Form Type Selection:
Users can choose from a variety of form types:
Audits. You can schedule audits with various recurrence periods using the diverse field types available in Geo-Cx. , click here to see Audit Instructions.
Incident Report. You can create your own incident report form by following the provided form instructions. When choosing this type of report you will have a template to help you get started. Feel free to modify it at your convenience.
Project Impact. You can create your own project impact form by following the provided form instructions.
Expense Request. You can submit an expense request by selecting from the dropdown menu. Follow these instructions to see how.
Other. Create a form tailored to specific purposes by following these instructions.
Ensure the selected type aligns with the project’s safety objectives.
Project Selection:
Allows filtering forms by project.
Users can opt for "Select All Projects" or a specific project.
Instructions:
Tap on the 'Forms' option in the side menu and select 'Safety Forms'. This will display all previously designed forms available for use within the company, including Audits and Incident Reports.
Instructions:
Choose one of the available forms to fill out.
Complete all the required fields in the form.
If you are filling out an Audit, you will need to select either 'Pass' or 'Fail'. This status will then be visible on the dashboard for the Safety Representative to review regularly.
As a Safety Rep, you have the ability to view and complete any audits that were missed. If an audit is not completed on its scheduled day, it will be marked as 'Missed'. This status will trigger an increase in the Safety Rep Metric, adding one to the counter each time. Please note, once a missed audit is submitted, the system will record the date of submission and classify the audit as 'Late'.
