This section provides a comprehensive overview of the scheduled tasks for each employee across the week. Employees are listed on the left, with their designated roles (e.g., Foreman, Technician, Construction Manager), and their scheduled tasks or activities are shown in a calendar format across the week. Each task is color-coded for quick reference, and additional functionalities like importing data or adding new resources are accessible via buttons on the top right of the interface.
Instructions:
Navigating Dates: Use the arrows next to the month to navigate to different weeks.
Viewing Task Details: Click on any task to view detailed information about that task.
Adding a New Resource: Click the "+ Add New" button to enter details for a new employee or resource.
Importing Data: Use the "Import" button to bulk import resource data via an Excel file.
This form is used to input details such as the first name, last name, email address, phone number, hourly rate, and overtime rate. It also includes an option to select the resource type and whether to send an invitation to the new resource upon saving their information.
Instructions:
Filling Out the Form: Enter all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*).
Selecting Resource Type: Choose a role from the dropdown menu (e.g., Foreman, Technician).
Sending Invitation: Check the box if you want to send an email invitation to the new resource upon saving.
Saving the Resource: Click "Save" to add the resource to the system or "Cancel" to abort the process.
"Import Resources" section, which allows users to bulk import resources using a predefined Excel template.
Instructions:
Step 1: Download the Excel template by clicking on "Download sample file."
Step 2: Fill out the template according to the instructions provided. Do not alter the column headers and ensure all data complies with the format requirements (e.g., 10-digit phone numbers, correct roles from dropdowns).
Step 3: Once the template is filled, click "Select archivo" to upload your file, then click "Submit" to import the resources.
Option to Send Invitations: Check "Send invitation on save?" if you want to send email invitations to all imported resources.
Deactivated users
Phone number you can utilize it again but not email.

To deactivate a user who is no longer part of the company, navigate to Resource Management and select the resource you wish to deactivate from the menu. Click on "Deactivate." You will receive a confirmation alert to proceed with the deactivation.
Once deactivated, the user’s email will no longer be available for use, as it typically represents the worker's identity. However, the user’s phone number can be reused if you need to assign a company phone number to another worker.
NOTE. Please ensure that you use the correct phone number, as there is currently no option to update this field once set.
Select the Filter Icon and check Time Off

NOTE: Edits to Time Off entries are only possible if the timesheets have not yet been approved. It is not possible to edit Time Off for timesheets from past weeks that have already been approved.
