A search input field labeled "Search project" allows users to quickly find specific projects by name or keyword.
Project List Table:
Column Headers:
Project Name: Displays the name of the project.
Timezone: Indicates the timezone of the project location.
Start Date: Specifies the project's starting date.
End Date: Specifies the project's ending date.
No of Shift: Indicates the number of shifts assigned to the project (e.g., 2).
No of Resources: Shows the total number of resources allocated to the project (e.g., 10).
Construction Manager: Displays the name of the assigned manager.
Status: Indicates the current status of the project (e.g., "Active").
Actions: Allows users to perform additional actions on the project (e.g., edit, view, or delete).
Add New:
Positioned on the right side of the screen, this button (+ Add New) allows users to create a new project.
Pagination:
Navigation controls at the bottom right to move between pages of project data. Includes:
Page number selector.
Rows per page dropdown to customize the number of displayed rows.
Viewing Projects:
Use the search bar to locate a specific project.
Scroll through the table to view details such as time zone, manager, or status.
Adding a New Project:
Click the + Add New button.
Fill in the required project details in the form that appears.
Managing Projects:
Use the Actions menu in the last column to edit or delete a project.
Pagination:
Use the arrows or page number selector to browse through multiple pages of projects.
Adjust the Rows per page dropdown to display more or fewer projects per page.
This section collects details about the customer associated with the project:
Company Name*: Field to enter the customer's company name.
Customer's POC*: Field to enter the point of contact for the customer.
Address*: Field to provide the customer's address.
City*: Field to specify the city.
State*: Dropdown to select the state.
This section focuses on the details of the project being created:
Project Name*: Field to enter the project's name.
Status*: Dropdown to set the project's status (e.g., Active).
Budget*: Field to define the budget for the project.
Tags: Optional field to add project tags for categorization or filtering.
Time Zone*: Dropdown to specify the project's timezone.
Start Date*: Field to select the project's start date using a calendar picker. Until the specified date, all workers assigned to this project will be allowed to punch in.
End Date*: Field to select the project's end date using a calendar picker.
This section manages project shift information:
Shift Name*: Field to define the name of the shift.
Select Days*: Buttons to select the active days for the shift (e.g., MO, TU).
Start Shift Hours*: Field to set the start time for the shift.
End Shift Hours*: Field to set the end time for the shift.

This section manages geofencing and holidays for the project:
Geo Fencing: Toggle to enable or disable geofencing for the project.
Select the range (yd). NOTE: To prevent accidentally exiting the boundaries of your project location, we recommend setting a larger geofencing area. Please follow these instructions to establish your location on the map
Select the project location. If your project location is not listed on the map. Follow these Instructions.
Note geofencing will affect punch in.
Holidays:
Date: Calendar picker to select holiday dates.
Holiday Name: Field to specify the name of the holiday.
+ Add New: Button to add more holidays.
Delete Icon: Option to remove a holiday.
This section allows the addition of custom fields for the project, these will appear in the Home page of the app after you punch in:
View Label: Button to view existing labels.
+ Add Label: Button to create new labels for custom fields.
+ Add Field: Button to add new custom fields.
Save and Assign Team Button: Green button to finalize the project setup and assign team members.
You can update the project at any time to ensure it aligns with your needs. Geo-Cx will notify you two weeks and one week before the project's conclusion, allowing you to make necessary arrangements.
If the project has already been completed and you need to extend the duration, you will be required to re-assign all resources.
