The Custom Report module in Geo-Cx enables users to generate tailored reports based on specific criteria related to project activities, status updates, and geolocation data. This functionality is useful for analyzing data over defined periods and within selected project modules.
Select Module: Dropdown menu where you choose the module for which you want to generate the report (e.g., Project Management, Time Attendance, Safety Management).
Start Date: Date picker to define the beginning of the reporting period.
End Date: Date picker to define the end of the reporting period.
Select Status: Dropdown to filter by the status of items within the selected module (e.g., All, Open, Closed, In Progress).
Select Geofencing Location: Dropdown to filter data by a specific geofencing location (e.g., job site, warehouse, office).
View Report Button: After applying filters, click this button to generate the custom report based on your selections.
Choose the Module
Click on the Select Module dropdown and pick the relevant module you want to analyze.
Set the Date Range
Click Start Date and End Date to define the time period for the report.
Apply Filters (Optional)
Use Select Status to narrow results by status.
Use Select Geofencing Location to limit results to a specific location.
Generate Report
Click the View Report button to load the report matching your criteria.
