Open the Login Page: Navigate to the platform's website and click on the "Log In" link or button on the homepage. This will redirect you to the login page.
Enter Your Email Address: In the "Email Address" field, type the email address you used to register your account. Ensure that you enter your email address correctly to avoid errors.
Enter Your Password: Click on the "Password" field and type your password. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure your Caps Lock is not accidentally on.
View Password: If you want to ensure you have typed your password correctly, click on the eye icon on the right side of the password field. This will display your password, allowing you to verify its accuracy.
Log In: After entering your credentials, click the "Log In" button to access your account.
Forgot Password?: If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter your email to receive instructions to reset your password.
Troubleshooting: If you are unable to log in, ensure that:
Your internet connection is stable.
You are using the same email address and password you registered with.
You have verified your account through the email link sent after registration (if applicable).
Incorrect Password: If your password is not working, try resetting it using the "Forgot Password?" feature. Make sure to check your email for the reset instructions.
Account Locked: After several unsuccessful login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked as a security measure. In this case, wait a few minutes before trying again or contact customer support for assistance.
Deactivaded User: Once deactivated, the user will no longer be able to log in to Geo-Cx. Please contact your supervisor externally for further assistance.
Open the Geo-Cx app on your mobile device.
Navigate to the Log In screen if you aren’t automatically directed there.
Enter your phone number in the designated field. You can change the country code by tapping on the “+1” if necessary, selecting the correct code from the list that appears.
Tap the ‘Continue’ button once your phone number is correctly entered. Ensure that you have access to the phone as you may receive a verification code (OTP) via SMS.
After entering and confirming the verification code sent to your device, please select a profile image to continue with the login process and accept the terms by clicking the checkbox.
Then you will be prompted to set up a personal identification number (PIN). Please create and enter a secure PIN, which you will use to gain access to the main features of the Geo-Cx platform.
Log in with your PIN.
