Access the Time Off Request Screen: Navigate to the Time Off Request section from the main menu of the application. Here you will see three tabs at the top labeled "Approved", "Pending", and "Rejected", allowing you to view requests based on their current status.
View Time Off Requests:
Approved Tab: Shows all your approved time off requests.
Pending Tab: Displays requests that are awaiting approval.
Rejected Tab: Lists all requests that have been declined.
If no requests exist, you will see the message "No Time Off request" displayed in the center of the screen.
Add New Time Off Request: Tap the "Add New Time Off Request" button at the bottom of the screen to submit a new request.
Submitting a New Time Off Request
Start Date: Tap on "Select start date" to open a calendar view and choose the beginning date of your time off.
End Date: Tap on "Select end date" to open a calendar view and choose the end date of your time off. Make sure the end date is after the start date.
Reason: Tap on "Select reason" to choose from a dropdown menu the reason for your request (e.g., vacation, personal leave, sick leave).
Comment (Optional): In the "Type your comment here..." field, you can add any additional comments or information related to your time off request.
Submit: Once all fields are completed, tap the "Submit" button to send your request for approval.
After submitting, your request will appear in the "Pending" tab until it is reviewed and either approved or rejected by the Construction Manager.
Time off requests submitted by Construction Managers can be approved in Geo-Cx Web.
